Because stock and listings change often, we do not publish a list of "this month's new models" here: it would be out of date by the time most people read it, and we would rather not repeat marketing copy as if it were testing. What we can offer is a way to use the new-arrivals and best-sellers pages well, so that you can decide quickly whether a new listing is worth your time.
Joy Love Dolls is an affiliate partner of this site, and we say so wherever it matters. Our Joy Love Dolls review covers the company in detail, and our guide on using best-seller lists explains why popularity is only a starting point.
What a "new" or "best-seller" label tells you
It tells you less than you might think.
- New means the listing was recently added. It does not say anything about quality, reliability or how long the model has been tested by buyers.
- Best-seller means many people bought it, or that the store ranks it highly. It does not say that buyers were satisfied, or that the doll arrived as pictured.
- Both are shortlist tools. They save you browsing time. They do not replace comparing specifications.
Our own best-sellers guide says the same: a best-sellers list shows which models other buyers choose, a useful starting shortlist, but popularity is not a guarantee of quality.
A five-step check for any listing
1. Read the specification, not the headline
Find the height, weight, material, body type, and what is included. If a figure is missing, ask. A listing that is vague about weight or material is harder to compare. Our weight guide explains why a number beats an adjective.
2. Check the material and what that means
TPE and silicone behave differently, and hybrids exist. The material affects feel, care, price and weight. If you are not sure which is right for you, start with our materials guide and then read the listing again.
3. Look for real photos
Studio and factory images are made to look good. Real photographs of the actual product are more informative. If a new listing has only polished images, ask the seller whether real photos are available. Our guide on factory photos and real photos explains why this matters.
4. Compare the delivered price
Add the doll price, shipping, and any duties or taxes you will owe, and compare that total with similar dolls elsewhere. This is more important than usual right now, because import rules in the US and EU changed in 2026; see our posts on US tariffs and the EU parcel duty. Ask whether the total is delivered duty paid.
5. Read the terms
Check production time, shipping time, returns and warranty. Our review summarises the returns policy as limited: the store accepts returns if the product does not arrive or differs from the picture, and otherwise does not accept returns or exchanges because of the nature of the product. Policies can change, so read the current terms on the page for the doll you choose, and see our guide on warranty and returns.
What our review says about the company
We try to keep this separate from any listing, because a review is a snapshot of a company, not of a product. Our review says Joy Love Dolls lists warehouses in China, France, Germany and Spain, describes a large catalogue with male dolls and a lot of heads to choose from, states a production time of 7 to 10 days plus a similar shipping time, and accepts major cards and PayPal. Those are things we reported when we wrote the review, and stores change. Verify the current details before you order, and ask which warehouse will ship your specific doll.
We also try to be clear about what we do not know. We cannot tell you how an individual new model will hold up after a year, whether a particular head will match its pictures, or how any listing was priced relative to its competitors. Where we have not tested a product, we do not say that we have.
How to use the pages in practice
- Open the new-arrivals page, not to buy, but to see which options exist. Pick two or three that fit your size, weight and material needs.
- Open the best-sellers page and see whether the same models appear. A new product that is already popular is not necessarily better, but it is useful to see what others choose.
- Write down the spec and price for each. Compare them side by side.
- Ask the seller three questions: the listed weight, what the weight includes, and whether the price includes duties and taxes.
- Wait a day. If you still like the doll tomorrow, that is a better sign than excitement today.
If you want to browse the store itself, the Joy Love Dolls best-sellers page and the full range are the natural places to start. Those are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you, and it does not change our editorial opinions. See our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
Questions worth sending before you order
A short message to the seller settles most of what a listing leaves open. Keep it simple and keep the reply.
- What is the weight of this exact configuration, and does it include the head and any accessories?
- Is the price I will pay delivered duty paid to my address, with no fees on arrival?
- Which warehouse will fill my order, and what is the realistic delivery time right now?
- Can you send real photographs of this model, not only studio images?
- What does the warranty cover, for how long, and who pays shipping if there is a fault?
If the answers are clear and consistent with the page, that is a good sign. If they are evasive, or differ from what the listing says, that tells you what you needed to know before any money changed hands.
Comparing with other retailers
No single store is right for everyone. For context, read our reviews of Madam Dolly and Silicon Wives, and compare what each says about delivery, returns and the range. Our Top 10 companies page ranks the retailers we have reviewed.
A new listing is an invitation to look, not a recommendation. Compare, ask, and decide on your own terms.
