What it is
Joy Love Dolls sells dolls and adult products online (visit the store). We rely on its public site and policies and have not audited its factories or warehouses, so claims about origin and stock are the store's own statements; confirm for the specific model.
What the store says about shipping and production
From our review: the store states warehouses in China, France, Germany and Spain, production times of roughly 7-10 days plus shipping of about 7-10 days for made-to-order items, and a range of payment methods including card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe. These are the store's statements and may change; confirm on the product page and in writing before ordering.
Returns and warranty
The store's terms limit returns to cases such as non-delivery or a wrong item rather than change of mind. Read the current terms and the warranty guide before paying, and keep records.
