Lumi Dolls is an online sex doll company known for selling premium quality products. They have a reputation as the first sex doll brothel, which means that they offer sexual services like other brothels but use sex dolls instead of real humans. In short, they are a company that allows people to rent their sex dolls.
They promise that they will provide the best variety of dolls at prices that are within most people’s budgets. Looking at the website and you can see that there are three branches of the company: Barcelona, Moscow, and Torino. They have a separate page for their doll selection. Necessary information on topics such as payment information, doll dimension, terms & limitations, etc. is displayed in a clear manner. Real Sex Dolls Reviews Team has no complaints about the website as far as looks go!:)
Sex Doll Selection
The doll selection is amazing. Based on their website, they have a great collection of dolls for the customer to choose from. We noticed that most of the dolls leaned towards the Caucasian look which is understandable, they also have a couple of Asian designs, and they have recently updated their collection, so now we can see more African-American, male, or younger-looking models. Like we mentioned in another review, diversity is steadily becoming the norm, and all companies need to take note of it.
The dolls on their collection vary in size. Their dolls range from 58in to 65in in height. They also have “mini-dolls” for people who love dolls of that variety. The option to mix & match is not as flexible as other websites based on what we can see on their page. While the doll selection is certainly respectable, they don’t have enough options on things like accessories.
Shipping Information
Lumi Dolls can ship their products internationally. The company makes sure that the orders are sent to the customer as discreetly as possible. They will not disclose what’s inside to anyone and will never place the name of the company on the package.
On the website, it was mentioned that they ship worldwide and they use different carriers like UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Returns
Lumi Dolls allows orders to be canceled and refunded within a turnaround time of 24 hours from the purchase date. The reason for the strict cancellation time is due to the effort it takes for them to build the sex doll from head to toe. Lumi Dolls pride themselves on their quality control, so they are not too lenient when it comes to cancellation requests. The refund once approved will be subject to a processing fee.
In cases of last-minute modification, the customer must immediately contact Lumi Dolls to ask if their new requests can still be accommodated. All orders that are shipped to the customer will be considered FINAL and cannot be canceled or returned for whatever reason (except for unique situations like defects). Lumi Dolls will take care of any issues with missing or damaged parts provided that the customer contacts them within a turnaround time of 2 calendar days upon receiving the package.
Payment Options
Lumi Dolls accepts PayPal and all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, and Discover. A good thing to know about their payment option is the fact that they accept split payments with no interest whatsoever. The customer can pay the minimum amount of $200, and the rest can be paid whenever convenient. The doll will be assembled once the balance is fully paid.
Lumi Dolls will send an email confirming the next step. They recommend that the customer should send them an email to specify the look of their order, the company will then be sending a message to confirm that they accepted the request.
Real Sex Dolls Reviews Team Can Help You Choose
Real Sex Dolls Reviews Team is excited to review this company because they seem to have a lot of promise. Upon checking what’s available on their website, we thought that they did a lot of things well and have improved some things like options and providing important information.
The selection does not lack diversity. We also thought that information on certain topics was complete and on-point. Their issues are not deal-breakers. We can honestly tell that they have the potential to be great. We can fully recommend them as one of the best sex doll companies.
PROS:
– Flexible payment options and they also accept a split payment scheme. The payment terms are explained in great detail.
– They are the first sex doll brothel in the world. This is unique to the industry, and we are curious to see if this idea will be a hit or not. We commend them on the creativity though.
– The website looks good and clean — a good job for posting high-quality pictures for every sex doll that’s available.
