Fine Love Dolls is dedicated to providing customers with a variety of available realistic sex dolls and is good for those looking to get a wide array of choices for their sex dolls. The company’s website is straightforward and simple, but has issues when it comes to loading website pages; there have also been cases where certain IPs were flagged and banned from entering the website.
The company is relatively new, with the website being put up recently. Nonetheless, the website does assure secure and speedy transactions with its customer base. We have found, however, that speedy transactions and on-time deliveries are sometimes a bit lacking when it comes to this site.
Sex Doll Selection
As far as sex doll selections go, it has a decent number of sex dolls available on its shop page. They vary with size, color, and body type. Objectively, there’s enough for you to choose from if you’re new to the world of realistic sex dolls. Sex doll veterans, however, might find that the variety does not really meet the needs. For example, there are no male sex dolls available on the site.
They do boast realistic, quality, and affordable sex dolls. Based on sample images, they do have a good selection of sex dolls. Additionally, they only have a selection of TPE dolls, which is bad news if you favor silicone sex dolls over these. All in all, you would be better off finding sex doll selections in older, more trusted sites, but if you want to support new startups, you could take your chances with Fine Love Dolls.
Shipping Information
Fine Love Dolls offers free shipping internationally, except for certain add-ons, repair kits, and accessories. They assure buyers they don’t have any additional hidden fees that come with ordering one of their dolls. Fine Love Dolls have discreet shipping as well, so you don’t have to worry too much about the judging and prying eyes of nosy neighbors.
They deliver through FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS.
As far as delivery speed goes, the production of your ordered doll will take about 3 to 6 days, and the actual delivery will happen in 6 to 10 days. In total, you’ll be waiting for 1 to 2 weeks for your order. This time range varies especially for more complicated custom jobs.
They have order tracking and online signing services for the deliveries.
Returns
The site iterates that every order is a custom job and that order canceling is not allowed once the order has been placed. Only orders with clear factory or delivery defects and outright wrong orders can be eligible for return. Minor dents and scratches do not constitute major enough defects for returns.
Also, as per sex toy laws, you absolutely cannot return a sex doll after it has already been used.
In any case, any items deemed eligible for return will entitle the customer a refund from Fine Love Dolls.
Payment Options
Fine Love Dolls accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, JCB, and even PayPal credit. They also accept cryptocurrencies and online payment options such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, and Sizzle.
With its international shipping and ordering options, it can even display its prices in different currencies. With that, ordering is fairly straightforward.
Fine Love Dolls Review – FineLoveDolls.com Reviews
Pros
1. New and eager for a customer base
Being a fairly new site, Fine Love Dolls show their eagerness for a bigger, loyal fanbase by employing good marketing strategies such as a fairly solid affiliate network, reasonable prices, and a fairly large variety of available sex dolls, products, and add-ons.
2. Decent variety of TPE sex dolls
As far as quantity goes, Fine Love Dolls has a decent amount in stock. Additionally, since you can order custom-made sex dolls, the possibilities are practically endless. They can even afford to segregate their collections by sizes, body types, manufacturers, and physical characteristics.
3. Affordability
As a relatively new sex doll selling website, they try to get a consistent customer base by having okay prices for their dolls. They do this by limiting customizable areas and by only serving TPE dolls, which are much cheaper than silicone dolls. They even manage to offer free shipping and some free replacement parts for their products.
Cons
1. So-so quality of dolls
Although they do boast a large variety of dolls in the collection, the quality leaves much to be desired. With them only having TPE dolls available, the shelf-life of these products will also be a bit shorter compared to silicone dolls.
2. Get Me Your Manager
Getting decent customer service is a bit difficult with Fine Love Dolls. We’ve had reports of email inquiries taking upwards or 3 days to get a reply from the site, and even then the replies were curt and not as helpful as you would hope.
3. Outsider Information
Although most of the customer reviews that Fine Love Dolls have on their site are good, we found several reviews outside of the site that was less than ideal. Some were even scathing complaining about mistakes in orders, subpar quality, and poor customer service.
4. A Lot to Be Desired
Their customization options are a bit lacking when it comes to the varied tastes of more experienced realistic sex doll owners. Although their variety is good, the degree to which you can customize your doll is too stifling and unimpressive.
5. Shipping takes longer
The website mentions that the orders will be completed 9-16 days and will take longer for more complex orders. However, you will find that most of the orders put up on the site fall under the category of “complex” orders and so shipping for the items will take longer than most other services.
6. Hard To Load & Navigate Website
This is a big one. Navigating the website of Fine Love Dolls can be like a little bit of going through a maze. The disadvantage of the site having a lot of information and clickable links is that it ends up being a bit too cluttered and hard to navigate through. User experience leaves a lot to be desired. The page loading process takes quite a while.
