Sex Doll SelectionShipping InformationReturn PolicyPayment OptionsSo, Is This Company Right For Me?Secret Doll is an online sex doll seller of high-quality premium sex dolls that are located in Zhongshan, on the East District of Zhongshan region in Guangdong, China. Secret Doll has other distributors across the world authorized by them. Through diverse marketing strategies on social media platforms, Secret Doll has established a client base around the world. It is not indicated, though, as to for how long Secret Doll has been in business or when it was established.
Secret Doll has a website that is simply basic, filled only with images of sexily posed sex dolls, with very little information that can be helpful to the public. One would think all they have is images with prices underneath. The website is not catchy, it is only graphics. There are columns that tell you more about Secret Doll but they, too, have very scanty information.
Just as we cannot tell so much about Secret Doll from the website, we cannot also tell the extent of the bulk of the sex dolls they make; only that they only make sex doll on orders with specifications outlined by their buyers.
Sex Doll Selection
Secret Doll sells sex dolls that are made from both silicone materials and TPE materials. At the point of placing the order, you are required to state what material you prefer to have your sex doll made from. On the website, you will not have the information regarding the difference between the two, though.
The sex dolls being sold at Secret Doll are divided into two categories. There are those that are already premade, and there are those that are specifically customized according to a client’s desire. The latter allows you to determine certain aspects with your sex dolls like the color of the skin, eyes, and hair, the size of the body, butt, and boobs, the height of the sex doll, etc.
Secret Doll goes ahead to state that if you send them an image of someone you want to be replicated, they will make a sex doll in the same image. This sounds creepy since we think it needs copyright permissions from the people before production, as opposed to knowing that there is another replica of you somewhere made of plastic.
Secret Doll also sells male sex doll on top of female sex dolls. The purchase procedure is the same as that for the female sex dolls, and these too can be customized to the clients’ needs. Secret Doll does not stock other sexual content like pornography videos and magazines though.
Shipping Information
Information on the shipping logistics for Secret Doll is not made available on their website. As scanty as it is, all we know is that Secret Doll uses FedEx and DHL to ship its goods worldwide. We do not have access to more information like if at all there are any shipping costs to be incurred for example. We also do not have information as to how long it takes for a sex doll to be produced and shipped to the buyer. But we do know that the sex dolls are packaged in plain, brown carton boxes that are unlabeled and unmarked to enhance your privacy. We also know, from the website, that Secret Doll uses the safest encrypted options for your personal data to give you a confidentiality threat. We feel that such crucial information should not be left out on a website intended for the public eye, because then Secret Doll loses clients to better, and more established vendor websites.
Return Policy
The information on the return policy is not available on the website. As such, we cannot be able to tell whether the sex dolls can be returned for exchange if they are not what you expect or not. We can also not be able to tell if the Secret Doll allows for the exchange of sex dolls once sold. As if that is not enough, we cannot be able to know how Secret Doll handles instances where a client orders a sex doll but realizes that it is defective upon arrival. Do you return it? If so, who incurs the shipping cost? Do they guide you in repairing it? If they do, where is it written? Or do they insist on no returns whatsoever? How do they deal with sex dolls that are already used? Do they allow back shipping for them? Do their sex dolls have a warranty? These and many more questions are left on my mind when we do not see the return policy column on any website. We feel that Secret Doll should address the issue and fix up a column with the return policies because this is the column that assures clients of returns and refunds; which happens to be a very sensitive topic.
Payment Options
As all the above missing information, the payment method information is also missing from the Secret Doll website. No offense, but all online transactions have to have a payment method because then you know how to go about it. At the bottom of the page, there is a PayPal logo, which made us presume that that is the payment method acceptable to Secret Doll. While it is not that bad, remember that most people prefer to use their debit or credit cards, and others prefer bank transfers, while others prefer blockchain payment methods. Secret Doll should step in and ensure that all people are included in their payment methods.
Perhaps the only reason we would recommend Secret Doll is their sale of all-inclusive sex dolls, as well as their variety of sex dolls in the store. Secret Doll can also be commended for ensuring clients can customize their sex dolls as they wish.
PROS
Secret Doll offers you a great variety of sex dolls to choose from. Not only does this apply to men, but women too.
CONS
Secret Doll has too much information lacking from the website. This information is crucial in making the decision to go on with that purchase.
The website of Secret Doll is too basic, with images of sex dolls only, as shouldn’t be.
The Secret Doll sex dolls are slightly more priced for their type.
