Lovedoll UK is a UK-based online sex doll company. Based on their website, they have been part of the industry for around three years. They are connected with very reputable factories, and they guarantee that they only sell the best TPE models on the market.
A quick look at their website and you can see that it is relatively easy to navigate. They did a good job of lining the site with useful tabs at the top part of the page. The tabs are: New Dolls, Used Dolls, Accessories, Customer Pics, Help & Info, About Us, and Contact us. The customer can choose between pre-made models and fully customized ones. We noticed that they lack diversity in ethnicities though, a big part of the market nowadays prefers uniqueness in their dolls. Unfortunately, you can’t find it here. There is also no option for male and younger-looking dolls, at least that’s the impression we get by looking at their current catalog.
We liked the addition of the “Used dolls” section. That’s actually a nice idea and can be very useful for those who don’t mind having pre-owned dolls. We know people might think that it’s kind of disgusting, but Lovedoll UK surely has processes in place to ensure that everything is sanitary for the new owner. The website’s accessories tab is arranged beautifully in our opinion. They arranged it in such a way that it’s super easy for potential buyers to pick the best accessories for their dolls. There are a lot of good-sized thumbnail pictures, and everything looks very organized. They don’t have an FAQ section, but the sheer number of tabs serve the same purpose all things considered.
Sex Doll Selection
The doll selection is good but is lacking in diversity as mentioned before. The dolls that are in the catalog look really nice. Most of the dolls that we checked were striking to the eye. We loved how some of them have this sexy look on their faces, even looking at the face alone can convince a potential buyer into getting one. What’s surprising is the fact that as good as most of the dolls looked, the quality seemed to be all over the place. There are some models that look drastically different quality-wise compared to the rest.
Since all of them are of the TPE variety, expect to have dolls that are super soft skin and are warm to the touch. In our opinion, TPEs require more maintenance than silicone but are overall the more exquisite type of doll. TPE dolls can be very lifelike, especially in the vagina region. This is a good company to do business with if you love TPE dolls, but if you are leaning towards the silicone variant, it’s better to look elsewhere.
The accessories, especially the heads are attractive and look realistic. There are other accessories too like powder, oil, extra eyes, etc.
Shipping Information
Lovedoll UK ships out the order after payment is received in full. If the item ordered is already in stock, shipment will also be sent the day it was ordered (weekdays only). There are curfews for some items in the shop. For small orders like sex toys and the like, there is a daily curfew of 4:00 pm every day. Doll parts like the body and face are only processed on or before 2:00 pm. Lovedoll UK values the privacy of its customers. They will ensure that the package will be sent blank with no indication on what’s inside. It is good that they specified these cutoff times on the website, but We honestly found them odd.
Returns
The customer can request for cancellation within a 14 day turnaround time. An additional fee for restocking may be added. There are exemptions to Lovedoll UK’s cancellation policy. Cancellation is not applicable for sealed items that have been unsealed by the buyer and which are not fitting for return due to potential health hazards.
Payment Options
We don’t know if it is just us, but we could not find information on the payment terms of the company. This is not good for obvious reasons. Companies should always mention the acceptable payment options in a manner that’s clear and easily accessible.
Lovedoll UK Review – LoveDoll.co.uk Reviews
To conclude this review, Lovedoll UK is a solid company overall but lacks in small details like doll options and clarity of information. Being one of the pioneers in the UK’s sex doll industry, it is important for them to fix these issues in order to gain more credibility in the global market. Do we recommend Lovedoll UK? Yes and No. They are recommended for those who prefer standard-looking dolls. They really do have a good selection of those, and we commend them for that. We don’t recommend them for those who prefer diversity in their choices as the company sorely lacks that.
PROS:
– Lovedoll UK has a nice, clean-looking website that is easy to navigate and contains a lot of useful information. The dolls are arranged in an intuitive manner.
– They are connected with some of the best manufacturers in the world. This adds to their credibility and gives first-time buyers the confidence to try them out.
– The dolls available for purchase look are very attractive. Having a good first impression is always important, Lovedoll UK made sure that the dolls that they sell immediately capture the attention of potential buyers.
– Good options for customization. The accessories are varied and cover a lot of shared preferences.
CONS:
– A limited selection of choices in terms of ethnicity. Some customers prefer non-caucasian-looking sex dolls; the company could have added some options for those kinds of people.
– No male and younger doll option. Again the choices in these doll types are incredibly lacking.
– Payment information is not visible (or at least not visible easily).
– They only sell TPE models. No silicone dolls are available. Limiting their selection to only TPE’s can hurt their potential for getting more customers.
– There are cutoff times for small orders and body accessories
