About The Company
Xosexdoll is a sex doll company that delivers world-class products everywhere in the world. They have a catalog of around 300 dolls and accessories available in their store currently. Some of their more popular products are their sex dolls, dildos, vibrators, etc. They offer sex dolls of both the TPE and silicone variety, a smart move in our opinion as people are loyal to both variants. Xosexdoll promises that their products are always made with great care and safe to be used by all.
Their company creed is posted on their website for all to see. They are committed to giving the best adult toys for every customer. Safety and quality seem to be their two focal points. Xosexdoll sells dolls of different looks, size,s and price range. They have dolls that closely look like real humans; they are impressive to look at and have this very detailed look to them. They make sure that their suppliers also have the same mindset as them. They only choose the best manufacturers, and they have warehouses spread overseas. Because of this, they promise that every order will be processed within two days. Impressive.
The website is nice but is admittedly plain to look at. It has a utilitarian look and contains good information on what they offer. The front page boasts the sex dolls that are available. The topmost part of the home page also gives information on promos and discounts that they currently offer.
Sex Dolls Selection
The doll selection is good. A quick look and you can see that the dolls cover a good area in terms of the price range. This is a good thing because not all would-be buyers have the budget for the more upscale models; the only problem is that the cheaper offerings have this shoddy look and feel. The silicone skin has a cheap feel to it, and it may cause complaints if left ignored. It is understandable that the cheaper models are not as detailed as, the more expensive ones, but some of the dolls look so cheap it’s ridiculous.
The selection of dildos and other masturbatory toys, on the other hand, is excellent. Xosexdoll really impressed us with what’s available and they pretty much covered all there is to cover with things such as these.
Shipping Information
Creating a sex doll is a time-consuming process, and it requires a lot of careful planning and assembly. With this in mind, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for Xosexdoll to complete a sex doll. They will immediately get in touch with the customer once their request is completely assembled. It usually takes five days or less for the buyers to receive their orders. However, there are cases where delivery takes up to 7-10 days for places that are far away from their warehouses.
The company promises that all of their deliveries will be done in the most secure way possible. Xosexdoll will send their products in discreet packaging so that snooping neighbors are not informed of what’s inside. It seems that they are serious about keeping the privacy of the customer intact and that’s good to know. In cases where the customer is not around at the time of delivery, the courier will inform the customer of another delivery date. The customer can also pick up the item from the nearest courier warehouse if he prefers to not request redelivery. Please contact Xosexdoll if the delivery is not delivered 12 days after the scheduled date.
Returns
Xosexdoll is confident that customers will love their products that they are offering a 30 Day Money Back Warranty. They will refund or do an exchange with any customer within 30 days. The customer can return their purchased doll even if there are no defects; the customer will have to shoulder the cost of shipment though. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
They have a customer service team that can answer any customer inquiry and complaint. We tried contacting their customer service team because we had questions about their doll selection. Unfortunately, we did not get a response in a while.
Payment Options
Xosexdoll accepts payment in a variety of ways. They allow payment using all major credit cards, money orders, Western Union, and PayPal. Different payment options give buyers the flexibility to choose the best way to pay for their orders; it also makes purchasing items in their store much easier compared to companies with stricter payment plans.
The company has some good traits, and its sex toy selection is really good. They still have some things to work on though, especially with the quality of their lower-end line. We hope that they take note of their deficiencies in this area and make changes ASAP. We experienced some delays with communication, but maybe they were just busy at that time. So do we recommend this company? They are fine at what they do, but there are a lot of companies out there who offer better services than Xosexdoll. While they are not necessarily horrible, we’d rate this company as a middle-of-the-pack player in the ultra-aggressive sex doll market.
PROS:
– A 30-day money-back warranty is in place for the customer’s convenience.
– Flexible payment terms for their products. More companies should follow Xosexdoll’s example and offer more options for their customers,
– Higher-priced models are of good quality. They look beautiful and are priced just right.
– They have many sex toys and accessories to choose from.
CONS:
– The website is very plain given the industry; It is important to quickly capture the imagination of the people, having a beautiful website gives a sense of credibility to any business.
– The build quality of the lower-end dolls is questionable. It is unusual how the quality of higher-priced models is par for the course, but the lower-end ones are way below expectations.
– It took time for their customer service team to reply to basic questions on their doll selection.
